On June 28, 2022, a multiplier event was organized at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, attended by 24 mentor teachers from schools in Nuremberg and the surrounding area. At the beginning of the event, the INSHIP team of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Prof. Dr. Michaela Gläser-Zikuda, Dr. Florian Hofmann, Lisa Pösse) gave an insight into research findings on the relevance and quality of practical phases in teacher education. The participants then discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the current internship curriculum at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

After a short coffee break, the Inship model was presented to the participants. The model was first discussed in groups. Afterwards, the group results were presented and summarized in the plenary. The event ended with a feedback round and a farewell.
